Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Augment is an Android application developed by Clearpoint Studios (the developer). You can reach us at clearpointstudios@proton.me.

2. What stays on your device

• Your supplement stack (compounds, doses, schedules, cycle settings).
• Your dose records and check-in history.
• Your feel logs (energy, focus, mood, sleep, recovery entries).
• Your biomarker notes and targets.
• Your settings and reminders.

None of this is sent to us or to anyone else. We do not know what you take, how often you take it, or how you feel.

3. Health data sensitivity

Augment handles health-adjacent information (supplement regimens, feel logs, biomarker targets). Because it lives only on your device and is never transmitted, the risk is limited to physical access to your device.

Augment is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. It tracks your self-directed supplement regimen. If you share your device or export your data, that is your choice and under your control.

4. Data export

You can export your data as a file. That file is created locally on your device and goes wherever you send it. Clearpoint Studios does not receive any copy of your export.

5. What leaves your device

• Anonymous usage statistics. Augment counts app starts and similar events so we can see how the app is used. Each event carries a random install ID created by the app, the app version, the app language, the platform and, if you came from one of our other apps, which one. No name, no device ID, nothing you track. It is sent to our own analytics server (Cloudflare).
• Install counter (RevenueCat). The RevenueCat SDK receives a random, app-generated user ID so we can see how many devices run the app. Nothing is purchased through it.
• Support chat (optional). Only if you write to us under Help and feedback: your message, the app version, the platform, the device model, the app language and an anonymous account ID are stored by Supabase in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany). Messages may be machine-translated (Google Gemini) so we can read and answer them. If you allow notifications for replies, a push token for your device is stored as well; turning the notification off removes it.
• Quick feedback (optional). If you send a short note from the feedback form, the text, app version, device model and app language go to our feedback server (Cloudflare) and on to a private support channel.
• Our other apps. The "More Studio Apps" list is downloaded from catalog.clearpointstudios.at. This request sends nothing about you.

6. In-app purchases and advertising

There are none. Augment is free, all of it: no Pro tier, no subscription, no one-time purchase, no ads, no advertising SDKs.

Services involved: Supabase, Firebase Cloud Messaging (support reply notifications), RevenueCat, Cloudflare, Google Gemini.

6a. Retention and deletion

Your on-device data is kept until you clear it in the app, clear the app's storage or uninstall Augment. Support messages are kept until the ticket is closed or you ask us to delete them. Write to clearpointstudios@proton.me and we delete anything we hold within 30 days.

7. Device permissions

Augment may request notification permission to deliver scheduled dose reminders. Notifications are generated locally on your device. No notification content is transmitted to any server.

8. Children

Augment is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update the effective date and may notify you through an in-app notice. The current policy is always available at augment.clearpointstudios.at/privacy.
